First time staying in Saltburn and thoroughly impressed. Communication was excellent throughout and room had that hotel feel, especially the bathroom which was very modern. Clear instructions for check in and regular messaging during my three night stay. Intend to stay again. Excellent!

Stunning property right on the front overlooking the sea - relaxing well equipped and luxurious! James the owner was a great communicator and went above and beyond to offer anything we might have needed. Will.definately be staying here asap !

James was a wonderfully warm and welcoming host who ensured that our stay was smooth and comfortable. Inspite of a challenging journey to arrive at his place, he was still personally available to support us through check in - beyond check in time - showing nothing but compassion and kindness. His apartment is a beautiful sanctuary with incredible views. The space is peaceful with with a very calming atmosphere where we were able to unwind and relax with the incredible views and sound of the ocean. The balcony space is awesome. All local amenities are convenient, access to the beach is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend staying here at any opportunity, I commend the host on his place and his friendly, reasurring nature. This place is a must stay - a hidden gem amongst an underrated and beautiful part if the world.

Perfect location for the seafront and also close to lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Spotless accommodation with everything you need. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to a return visit

Had a great 2 night stay at James's place. The bedrooms were comfy with nice beds and bedding. The living room and kitchen were spacious with great views of the beach from the full length windows. Clear instructions on entering and parking were welcome as we arrived quite late. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful location! It was lovely to watch the sea from the living room. The flat was very clean, modern and had everything you needed it in it. If you were cooking at home, the kitchen was very well equipped. It was good to have private parking to make unloading from the car easier. Good communication from the host too. Thank you! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Nothing.

Amazing stay at Smugglers! The view is fantastic, waking up to the sea each day was perfect. The apartment was finished to a really high standard and was immaculate. Every area was well thought out and everything we could think of was there in the apartment. It was a lovely touch that there was clean towels, coffee, milk and biscuits when we arrived. We stayed with our dog, the apartment was very dog friendly with laminate flooring and lovely huge rugs. We met James the host on our second day and he was super helpful in offering the best dog friendly places to eat in the area and the best routes to take for our walks. James kept in touch with us via message to make sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. The apartment is right on the front with spectacular views and has secure parking which was fantastic and gave us peace of mind when leaving our car. Thank you James for a lovely peaceful break at Smugglers!

Smugglers was fantastic. The apartment was immaculate, well equipped and everything was easy to find and use. The rooms were incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated. The sea views from the kitchen, lounge and especially the balcony were breathtaking. James was a fab host who gave us detailed clear directions. I don’t think you will find a better place to stay in Saltburn-by-the-Sea.
